Yeah, yeah, David -- it's a demo, a tutorial. I was trying to keep
it simple! Also, it ruined my neat little point about uppercase
letters being "less than" lowercase, which of course isn't true for
accented chars.

But... since the AU command uppercases accented Ascii characters, so
should the demo.  So add "{128}{142}{143}{144}{146}{153}{154}{165}"
to the quoted list of uppercase letters, and change both instances
of ) < > to ) <> >.
