Actually, it was a typo. Sorry! What I mean, of course, is *non* proportional
font.
And fwif, here is the map in question. As it was, I had to print it
out and fax manually.

The address is Nishi Azabu 3-15-3 (I believe).
It is a grey concrete building near the corner, and there
is only a very small JKA plaque on the outside.
