I meant: for the purpose of copying defined text to the cmd
line, use any variable from 0 - 9.

Using 3.55, the only time I have memory problems is when I
copy or move upwards of 20k between files.

What I run here is almost more filenames than code. This
way of loading a couple of files was just an easy way of
adding extra function to an existing setup with minimal
disturbance.
