I too am having trouble with v. 117 CLIP.EXE.
For starters, I can't find a copy dated 2/23/04 of msvbvm60.dll. The one I
have is dated 11-08-00. Maybe that's what the problem is. I couldn't find
the later version on the web, do you know where one is?
The problem I'm having is with the paste side. It seems like clip.txt is
getting wiped out in some operation. When I copy from Xy and then try to
paste back into Xy, I first get the AwaitFile prompt then, after timing
out, I get the prompt C:\XY\CLIP.TXT does not exist--even while I have
CLIP.TXT open on the Xy screen!

Could this be due to the older version of msvbvm60.dll?
For completeness: I notice that on the VPC virtual machine I have CSCRIPT
v. 5.0, not 5.6, but I assume this is irrelevant for using CLIP.EXE.
