Long Filenames in Xy4

Those long-filename routines I posted here recently turned out to be
unusable in VirtualBox (I kept getting bounced back to the Desktop
with an error message). So I rewrote them from scratch, and, while I
was at it, added a couple of new commands. They now work well here.
