DDIR fetches the directory listing from 4DOS if vDos-lfn is running,
otherwise from Windows. LDIR always fetches the dir from Windows.
Shelling to 4DOS is faster. Also, XyWrite is paused for as long as it takes
for the DIR command to complete. Thus there's no timing issue with very
long DIR listings. This is true of any version of DOS, but the value-added
of DDIR is long filenames. Otherwise, you may as well use the Xy DIR
command.
