The scan codes are 237 and 238 for me. To see what they are for you
(presumably the same, but who knows?), get SCAN.PM from XyWWWeb.

I tried mapping those keys a couple of years ago, but came a
cropper. Just tried again now, and everything froze up tight.
However, I'm running OS/2. YMMV with Win95.
