Robert Holmgren reports a maximum file size of about 6 meg on OS/2 -- about
2100 pages. The files I work with are almost never printed out, and some
approach 35 to 50 meg, and I can't split them up. So I'm still outa luck.
Fortunately, I'm not that prolific: these are data files used in linguistic
research. They would (and sometimes do) make for soporific reading!
Thanks for the info, though; others may have a use for the 6-meg or
multi-session solutions.
Cheers,
Tim Baehr
