So that I don't have to dive back into Robert's thorough & complex
treatise on this subject, can you remind us what the 3-byters are ?
(I'm guessing things like the Copyright symbol, or maybe some XPL stuff
?) Maybe even a short, sweet, and simplified "Key" to the character
types ? If such a reference description exists inside jumbo U2, just
mention where we should look for it.
