Hi Harry
Very much so. With Outlook:
Alt I(nsert) F(ile) T(e)xt Only (Alt IFE - goes like lightning)
Point to the file once only - it inserts in a nanosecond (because
it's pure Ascii) - Alt S
And that's it
For multiple sends:
Ctrl-A Ctrl-C
Ctrl-V in subject line and body for multiple e-mails, when I'm
sending the same press release to many publications; this means I
can send unique articles to multiple journalists each with a unique
or modified subject line. I can send one press release to 20
journalists in under three minutes this way; the tiny XyWrite and
the unwieldy Outlook co-existing happily.
And, most importantly, almost no mouse involved!!!!!!!!!!! The
keyboard used as it should be. Which is where most of the speed
comes from. Alt F S I E all used repetitively.
I've tried everything else, and nothing works as smoothly as
Outlook. Outlook Express has execution delays; Eudora is clunky ...
In this regard, MS got it right! Had to once ...
