How about 122 keys?
The (rather heavy) IBM keyboard has many keys and a nice
touch.
USD$99.00
"The Emulator is like having two keyboards in one; a PC and
a terminal. The design is based on the popular 122 key
layout that features 24 function keys. Check out our latest
emulator model, the PC/5250 which uses PC codes and does
not require a unique driver.
Standard emulator models are available with either the IBM
3270 or 5250 layouts. Take your choice of key-switch
technology; either the Buckling Spring (BS) or the Enhanced
Quiet Touch technology (EQT). Both technologies provide a
crisp touch and excellent tactile feedback. The Buckling
Spring provides exceptional audible feedback as well."
