Y'all,

Maybe 'immoral' is too strong a term to use for surfing on other
people's unsecured WLANs, but it is definitely freeloading and illegal
(though some states may have weak laws).

Even if the owner of the WLAN has a flat-rate Internet link, and
therefore pays the same fee per month whether freeloaders use it or not,
freeloading is wrong. The owner of the WLAN is entitled to demand that
freeloaders share the fee or stop freeloading.
