If you end up with settings that work on a system less tweaked than
Harry's, I'd be thrilled to crib them. Even so, my next Tame 5
upgrade attempt will take place only when I have a few days between
deadlines, which isn't soon.
Thanks, Jon. Takes me roughly a hour or so of uninstalling,
installing to switch and test each test iteration of the program. And
Harry is getting effects (on-screen WSIWYG modes) that I can't get.
My only remaining anomaly in 5.0 is that the XY/TAME will sometimes
slow way down if I open a number of windows. Somewhere there's a TAME
setting to address this, I think. D. Thomas just gave Harry a test
version of 5.1. I'd been testing iterations of 5.0. I'll try this
weekend to work on 5.1. I wonder if we three are the only ones trying
to TAME XyWrite for XP2?
