[Richard Giering wants a search engine for his Web site only,
not the whole Web]
That is way beyond the scope of XyWrite. Just possibly, XyWrite
could be invoked from a CGI script and made to search local
files, but it would be a tortuous solution.
A partial but easy solution (and off-topic here) is to append a
term to the query provided by your visitors so that the search
is limited to your hostname.
For example, visitor enters "cats NOT mice"; your script appends
"host:~dickgiering" or "domain:~dickgiering" depending on your
choice of search engine.
