I think we'd rather not send out the orders placed before, merely
because some people may not want it now. I will see if we have email
addresses for everyone, and if so, we will notify those to place their
order on the web or confirm with us by email.

I think it was always $15. And by the way, that included shipping
unless it is an overseas order, in which case the cost would be $15 or
the cost of shipping, whichever is greater.

? Or was it $10 ? (I honestly don't remember, and can't seem to find it
in my archives)...
