Anybody have any ideas? I can get Epson LQ emulation from Canon, and I
can
get some Epson LQ printer drivers from TTG. Does anyone have any better
plan
than trying to match the two up?

Hi, Fred. I assume you have Windows, and you have a Windows driver for
your printer? If so, then I can give you a working solution. Basically,
you use a Postscript printer driver in XyWrite to turn the file into
Postscript. Then, you use Ghostview to print the file.
Ghostview is a Postscript file viewer and printing utilities -- very
handy for previewing long documents without wasting paper and for
printing to printers for which XyWrite has no driver. Ghostview is
available on the internet for free:

It should be self-explanatory.
Regards,
Shawn
