Harry, you're right, there's no connection. Years ago, we bundled
KMD.EXE with XYWWWEB.U2, mainly for compatibility with Windows 95
and 97, as they did not have the CMD.EXE command interpreter that
comes with later versions of Windows. Future releases of U2 will not
need or rely on KMD.EXE, as the OSes that required it are no more.
