This is great. I've tried it, and it works nicely (no surprise there).
I've also noticed that you can use FONTITAL= to set a separate font for
italics only. So, for example, my usual FONT setting is Nouveau_IBM,
but if I set FONTITAL=CONSOLAI, italics displays in Consolas Italic
while other text displays in Nouveau_IBM. Normally, no one would want
to do this with italics, but there may be some use for the option to
set a different font for boldface; for example, for boldface headings.
Would it be hard to add a FONTBOLD= option?
