  Re using returns as flags: if you are interested in an easier way, I'm
looking for beta-testers for my program, XyBasic, which let's you write
programs in a BASIC-like language and then compile them (takes two seconds,
literally) into regular XPL code. XyBasic has an "INPUT" command that works
like BASIC's (user input ends when Enter is hit) [...]
 Burst of noise there.
  Let me know if you want to test drive XyBasic.
