Nope. But you can find out which file is the culprit easily enough
by progressively moving  down through each suspect line of
XWSTART.INT, and repeatedly launching and then quitting XyWin.
XWSTART.INT will always quit at the , and when you finally see the
error msg, you know that the preceding file is bad. The $tring "Where
do you want" appears in XWDLG.DLG, and also in CONVERT.U1 -- I'd guess
your problem is in the former file. So try putting that  just
before XYDLG.DLG (no error msg) and then after it -- if the error msg
suddenly appears, you know that's where your problem is.
