Hi,

His letter states that he can print from Excel 2.0c from DOS mode and that
WordPerfect 6 (DOS) plus WinWord (3.1) also work.

I am wondering if he simply has messed up the printer port settings for his XyIII+ or
something silly like using LPT2 instead of LPT1....

He should be prepared to call someone back if they want to help him so it need not be
someone close by...
