Full Screen and Vista

Maybe this is way off base, but could the version of Vista or the
horsepower of the video subsystem have anything to do with this? One
way or the other? Maybe the "basic" versions that cannot do all the
eye-candy CAN do full screen? Or vice versa? Or maybe when Robert
cleaned out all the garbage, as he reported doing, he somehow got rid
of some booby-trap Microsludge had in there?
