It is a Win-95 word processor. Quite fast and powerful; if you don't
have access to XY, you could to worse than to choose it. Quite good
for editing html (although XY could be million times better if if
was optimized for it...).

A web search will give you plenty of hits. You can download a free
trial version; fully usable, but it will die after one month, if you
have not paid up until then.
