What you're missing, Morris, is the directory structure in
NEWSHELL.ZIP.  Erase all of those files (except NEWSHELL.ZIP!) and
start again, this time instructing your unzip utility to preserve
the internal directory structure. If you're using PKUnzip, the
switch to use is -d, i.e.:

pkunzip -d newshell.zip
