That's odd. I used KeyTweak to simply disable CapsLock on my
Vista laptop (because I kept hitting it whenever I wanted TAB or
A; holding down shift is a nuisance if I need all caps, but I
rarely do, and backspacing to get rid of those caps was a royal
pain). Didn't try anything more.
