I think the example may be backward. On my computer,
accidentally hitting F10 before Alt issues F10. On the other
hand, hitting the Alt that I have reassigned to U2 and
missing F10 by a second either executes whatever is on the
command line or, if there is nothing there, gets me an
"Application Error" message on the status line. If I get
both keys pretty simultaneously, it's a window toggle. None
of this strikes me as particularly dangerous, but then again
I've only been using a reassigned shift key since Saturday.
If there is a more substantial danger, *please* let us know
before you shut down for the summer.
