My experience with TTG tech support has been fairly good as well.
They're friendly if not always timely. I wish they would:

a) get an 800 number;

b) get back to putting tech notes on the bulletin board. Every
faithful XyWriter I have ever known has remained so because of
the technical elegance of the software. TTG might do more to
encourage the kind of customization with its latest versions
that XyDos enjoyed. Tech notes are one way to do it.
