Steve: true nuff. ISDN is always "five years away." But parts of it are in
place now. did you know that American Express knows who you are before they
answer the phone, if they have your number in their datase? (That last line
might have been garbled). Anyway, they know because they are one of the first
ISDN test sites. It'd sure be nice, anyway. I bet they won't upgrade the
country until it becomes economically viable for the Baby Bells to see an easy
profit. In other words, until the installed copper wiring plant is starting to
