Once you have SPELL.TMP in the current window and the original file
in the adjacent window, do this: In SPELL.TMP, put the cursor on the
word to correct and issue SPELL. You should be back in the
original file with a CVA command on the CMline. For example, if the
word to correct is "freinds", the CMline should display the command
CVA |freinds|freinds|; the idea is that you edit the second part of
the command so that it reads CVA |freinds|friends|, then execute it
and change the occurrences that need changing. (You can also change
CVA to CVA/W or CV or CI, etc., etc., if you choose.)
The PRompt "CAll subject file in adjacent screen" indicates that the
filename at the top of SPELL.TMP doesn't match the filename in the
adjacent screen. Is this the case, based on what you're seeing on
your screen?
