Wengier,
Yes, full screen works now. The vanishing cursor (encountered only when using keyinter settings) is not present in full screen mode, though it does occur in a reduced window. Not an issue for me, since I always work full screen, but I would guess it would cured by increasing the keyinter value (which was the case in earlier versions).
I haven't tried to measure it, but this vdos version feels like the fastest yet -- the difference is noticeable.
Thanks again!

Hi John,
Thanks for trying the new version! I was able to reproduce the crash in full-screen mode only when I use the C64.TTF font and in certain screen resolutions, so I have fixed it. You can try the new version. As for cursor disappearing when in transit, I have not reproduced this yet. Maybe this is simply because of some settings?

Wengier,
Two notes on the latest version:
-- going to full screen (alt+enter) after vdosplus loads crashes the program on my system
-- when running in the [smaller] initial window, the cursor disappears when in transit (reappears when cursor motion ends). This also occurred with an earlier vdos-lfn version when employing <16 keyinter values, but is not present in the latest June 2016 build of vdosplus.exe, which offers the best cursor control yet.
Not an urgent matter, since there don't appear to be any obvious advantages over earlier versions, but......

Hi all,
Jos has released vDos 2016.10.01 recently, and as a result I also released vDosPlus 2016.10.01 (build 2016.10.05) accordingly based on this new vDos release. vDos 2016.10.01 might or might not work better than vDos 2015.11.01 and vDos 2016.06.01, but of course there is no harm to try it to see how well it works if you are interested. The download addresses for the 2016.10.01 branch of vDos are:
Standalone (offline) installer:
Web (online) installer:
Portable version (zip package):
The 2015.11.01 branch of vDosPlus is also updated to support the "CMD [WAIT][HIDE] ..." syntax as in the 2016.10.01 branch of vDosPlus.
More information can be found at the vDosPlus home page:
