If and when you go to XyWWWeb (http://users.datarealm.com/xywwweb/),
search for "XyLite" and follow the link for information about how to
assemble a working XyWrite setup. (The last version of Xy4, by the
way -- and the one to use -- is v4.018, not 4.016.) Additionally,
for demo purposes, there's a minimal 4.018 setup here:

Xy4.exe is a self-extracting archive. Save it to an empty directory,
then command XY4.EXE at the DOS prompt to unzip it. To launch
XyWrite, command EDITOR.EXE at the DOS prompt. This setup has no
hard-coded path statements, so you can run it from any directory
without first editing the customization files. XYWWWEB.U2 is
included, and loads at startup. Later, you can supplement this
barebones setup with downloads from www.xywrite.com.
