See last message. The controller was replaced--with a better
one--and working perfectly when I tuned OS/2
ANd hey, I'm not claiming my experiences were representative; I
saw enough of Warp to decide that for me, for the way I work, it
wasn't worth the hassle. THat's all.
I'm sure my opinions will change the first time I find an
OS/2 application I reallyl like--or if TTG ever puts out an OS/2
version of XyWrite.
It's also true that superior operating systems don't
necessarily survive in the marketplace. Look at DR-DOS, which
was clearly superior to MS-DOS--and couldn't hold its own. I
don't know if that will happen to OS/2, but I'm not betting on
IBM. Remember, I'm a Signature owner!
