Dear Kari
Yes, I will try that. Unfortunately I have been away for the past four
days and returned to find 100 emails in the forum, mostly addressing
this subject; I skimmed then deleted without taking in every detail
until Wengier's post about the new version of vDos-lfn that allowed all
styles. Now I find I should have paid more attention.

Dear Paul,
You could experiment with the config.txt color schemes. Just delete the
rem in front of one of the Screen color sections. You can make your own
assignments by changing the schemes. The theory has been discussed quite
recently on this list. Please refer to previous posts for more information.
Best regards,

Dear Wengier and Carl
The new WP = XY setting works fine to provide text styles with white
text on black. However I have always used green text on black, for
which it does not seem to work well. Is there some way of making the
styles colour sensitive so that I can have styles in Green on Black? As
a worst case scenario, can I get my bold green on black back --
that has disappeared with the new WP assignment.
