AU$40 (~US$30). Not to deprive Russell Lang of these few, richly-deserved
dollars, but if you launch GSview in the context of a BATch file, you can issue
these two commands in succession, to defeat the nag:
GSVIEW32.EXE
GoXy.EXE "GSview" q /key(ET)
That pokes an Enter key into GSview. Also works:
GoXy.EXE "GSview" q /O
which pokes the letter "O", because GSview is looking for "Ok". "q"
to be
"Q"uiet (no error msg) if application "GSview" not found (not running)...
Download:

and extract GoXy.EXE. Locate it in the DOS Path. There's a DOCfile in the
package called GoWP.TXT -- rudimentary, but conveys the ideas. GoXY is a
multi-purpose utility for manipulating the keyboard and, hence, your computer.
