  Why don't you just set the dos session to a window instead of a
fullscreen session and then use Alt-Home to toggle back and forth instead of
Ctrl-Esc??? This gives you the access to the workplace shell with a quick
keystroke, and also gives you the ability to cut and paste more easily
(between the XY window and the rest) and still have fullscreen when you want
it. And there are no problems with Alt key conflicts as there are in windoz.
