While I would never state an absolute proposition against any possibility that just one AV program could be right about something, while every other one out there misses it, I think the odds are heavily stacked against that happening.

There are a handful of these AV programs that have been free, or at least offered a free version.  I think Avira is one of these.  I previously used another, AVG, until a point when certain problems became evident.  Then I switched to another, AVAST!, which is what I presently use.  But, it may well have some issues of its own.  None of these things is perfect.

Thanks to Carl, and thanks to J R for his suggestion to submit the suspected file to "virustotal.com"; result? Just one anti-virus program (the mine, i.e Avira), among 54, considered the file be infected.
So, the problem simply does not exist!
