I recommend _Windows XP Annoyances_, David Karp, O'Reilly. One of a
series of "Annoyances" books, conveying a spirit of "getting down to
efficiency, economy, user control over things, eliminating the
inessential, and you can fix it if you try". Which sums up the typical
XyWrite user's attitude toward things word-processorial.
