It's min,max. (If max is omitted, Editor sets the max value to min
plus 5 minutes.) Autosave occurs every min minutes if the keyboard
is idle, but in all events every max minutes. The idea is to make
Autosave less intrusive by deferring it until you stop typing, or
until the maximum wait time has passed (whichever happens first).

Now you might think that Autosave is more critical, and should
happen more frequently, during text input. But don't try to fool
Editor by setting max less than min, e.g., 5,3. According to my
tests, this results in NO Autosave whatsoever when the keyboard is
in use! The best you can do is to set max equal to min, e.g., 3,3.
We'll correct the VA table. Sorry for the confusion.
