RE: Pre-Xy

Title: RE: Pre-Xy

Damn!

OK, for my next trick...

Upon further search I found a rather oddly worded setting that is probably the one causing the trouble.
Deep in the bowels of Oddlook's options labyrinth there's a field that says:

"When sending RTF messages to Internet recipients, convert to:
-HTML
-Plain Text
-Outlook RTF

First off, do they mean that sending a message to somewhere on the LAN it's OK to make the file look pretty? Everywhere else...nothing fancy. Second, if I reply to a plain text message then this setting shouldn't come into play...I'm going to be both happy and very annoyed if this setting in the answer!

Here goes...

If this reply is in plain text then Paul Ambos solved the problem for me a moment ago. He made me wonder if the fact that my TrueType default reply font was negating my choice of plain text. I have changed the default to 12 pt. Courier. Let's see what this does...
