WILDLY off-topic (shame on you for that!), but I found this very interesting.

Thanks for the intelligent digression, Neville. On a related subject, you
may want to look at http://www.anybrowser.org/campaign ... an argument for
adhering to the World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) universal standards for
HTML/XML, rather than indulging in cumbersome browser-specific programming.
This issue is certainly analogous to the careless blundering "progress" that
cast aside great programming like XPL/XyWrite.
