Well, then I suggest you check your default file --- settings.dfl -- for the
way that WF is set. I'll bet you have it set to WF=0. If you set it to WF=1,
then the line endings in draft edit mode (and expanded mode) will wrap to fit
whatever window size you are running it in, and the jumping will stop. RTFM,
