Position the cursor to the very top of the file and then do this:
1. Go to the command line and type RH and press ENTER A text box opens.
Everything for the running header gets typed in this text box.
2. Go back to the command line and type FR and press ENTER.
3. Type your name in the text box, along with some spaces to separate your
name and the page number.
4. Go back to the command line and type PN and press ENTER.
5. Close the text box by following whatever the prompt on the text box says
(it might say to press F3 or SHIFT+F1, depending on the version you are
using)
That is about as clear as anyone can say it. If this confuses you, you might
want to try the Help file or the documentation.
