The spell checker--and I support the fault here is Microlytics', not
XyQuest's--has a peculiar view of compound words. Specifically, it will not
except as one word, solid and great many compounds that are treated that way in
just about all contemporary styles. The solution: Put up with it (I find it
only a minor annoyance) or add the solid forms to your personal dictionary.
