As a short-term solution (i.e., once or twice) I would propose
dumping the NB files out to MS Word using the new module NB has
for such conversions (they call it NB MORPHOS, which is an adaptation of
WordPort). So you export as MS Word, latest version, and call it into
Word for Windows.

If you seek a long term chronic solution, the Xy for Windows may be it.
