DOSIDLE vs. TAMEDOS

Maben asked about DOSIDLE. I've been using it for some months. Yes, it is
supposed to cool your CPU by 20 degrees or more as well as make DOS
programs run better. I couldn't find the web address but the author is
Martin Balog and he gives an email address: dosidle@xxxxxxxx

Does anyone have any view of the relative merits of DOSIDLE and TAMEDOS?
Under the former, Task Manager shows no peculiar CPU usage when Xy is the
active window.
