Robert Esperti and Renno Peterson.

I don't know how large the estate planning field is, so I'm not
at all certain if you would have heard of some of the titles I
worked on, but their first book was by McGraw-Hill: Handbook of
Estate Planning. They've had a number of other books published by
either McGraw-Hill or Viking-Penguin.
