And just what would we be subscribing to? A writ in stone
commitment by TTG to create a new XY with true native versions for OS/2,
DOS, w95, NT, Linux, Solaris, and Macs? With a built in browser? Sure,
I'd subscribe to that -- but certainly nothing less. Not when I can get
something equal or better for Linux for free.
Or would it be a subscription to continued support for XYDOS? Not
out of my pocket, that's for sure. I just figured out today that SW
doesn't even care whether I use \ or / for dos pathnames, at least in
the browser. Very cool! You can't imagine how many times I type the
wrong one in XY and sit there puzzled for a moment trying to figure out
why it won't work.
