There is no Web site connected with this list. You can use a Web browser for
operations in Gopher and FTP (as well as to read HTML files on your own
disk). I recommend it because it is easier to find what you are looking for
that way than via old-fashioned FTP.

If you mean the XYWWW site, it does not have the same assortment of files. I
have been wondering whether, if Carl & Robert are willing, it would make
sense to turn over the whole upload-and-download operation to them rather
than expect people to search two sites for a given program.
