Two XyWrite Questions

Just purchased a used (but complete?) box of XyWrite Win - two manuals,
a keyboard template, and two versions of pgm. in the box, ver. 4.11 and
4.12.
On Win98 I cannot load past disk 1 without getting an error message. I
loaded XyWin on a Win95 system so the disks & installers do work.
(Question 1) Is there a work around for loading XyWin on Win 98?
The seller included three Xy3 manuals & a keyboard template (circa
1986) titles are;
"Basic Word Processing Tutorial" - "Quick Start Tutorial" -
"Applications Tutorial"
(Question 2) Since these are all tutorials I figure there's one main
manual or more missing. (Question 2) Anyone know the others manuals
that came with Xy3?
 Also an interesting addition, the box contained A disk from TTG;
"XyWrite for Windows Screen Savers"
