XPL Program

I have tried to adapt a program recently sent to the list (I
think for XY3) so that in XyDos 4.018 it would take the line
containing the cursor and move it to one line below the top of
the screen, with the cursor in the same position. For some
reason, it doesn't work; that is, it often crashes Xywrite, oddly
with the cursor on the command line. When it works, it always
moves the cursor to the beginning of the current line instead of
leaving it were it was in the line.

The program, jumptop.pgm, is attached. The keyboard assignment
(to ctrl-J) is
